The service was absolutely very good.

The staff was courteous and the room spotless and functional. Location just off the ferries and boats. Amazing service, parking next to the building.

Brand-new hotel.

clean hotel, nice hot breakfast, brand-new and nicely furnished rooms. incredibly helpful employees with nice manners. early check-in, late check-out. free internet, parking next to the building. stunning and wonderful location, to the cable car to top of mountain. close to public transport and ferry stops and the old town centre.

Beautiful rooms, good breakfast, great location, gym equipment on the 6th floor, the small spa is also available.

The cost of an extra bed for the toddler is 15 Euro per night

We loved the position of the Hotel and having a lake view was fabulous. We felt very relaxed whilst we were there, the Hotel wasn't too busy.

It would have been nice to have tea/coffee making facilities in the room. Room service for tea was very expensive.

Breakfast wasn't quite as good as it was monotonous, eggs were hard, everything else was good.

The view from our room was amazing! The room was spacious and cosy. Very close to city's center. I like promenade very much.

There was no poridge on the breakfast. Everything was finished very quickly (food).

Fantastic location directly on Lake Maggiore. Rooms have fantastic views and are very beautifully furnished. Very good and especially large beds. Gym is equipped with great equipment.

Very nice lakeside location, front rooms had beautiful lake views and balconies. Convenient for walking to local shops and bars and for boat trips to the islands. The hotel had a nice well-established feel about it and staff were helpful and friendly.Buffet breakfast efficiently served and there was a variety of food, compared to other Italian hotels. A lovely hotel for a holiday by Lake Maggiore.

Oh boy, the muffins at breakfast were fresh out of the oven, and the spread was divine! Plus, the rooftop Sky Bar is where magic happens-sip cocktails with a view that'll steal your breath. Another highlight was the spacious rooms with fine lake views!

On the flip side, the air con debacle was a bummer, especially with street noise trying to crash the party. Snagging a waiter for coffee seemed like an Olympic event.

The hotel was in a wonderful location, close to everything, the staff were excellent, the rooms were clean , their was a car park, and everybody was just very friendly,We would definetly go back, just for the luxury of it all.

We stayed at the hotel just for bed and breakfast, but the first night we decided to have an a la carte dinner in the restaurant, which I must say was very disappointing, I had fillet of turbot, which was drowned in a tomato sauce to the extent you could not taste the fish at all, the wine was not cheap, and very ordinary, the breakfast was very good , but the dinner no.
